When I took the Advertising Full-Service Campaigns course at the University of North Texas, my team and I had the pleasure of working with Ruby Tuesday's CMO, Edithann Ramey. We were tasked with creating a local and national campaign for the 18 to 24-year-old demographic, which I had the honor of researching and overseeing the local campaign's execution!
